This is an initiative of Dr. Kapil Govil to establish a lab for various innovative and creative projects in various streams including Computer Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Textile Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering and many more. Initially, DrkLabs (drklabs.in) is a website (under development) for Research, Innovation, Development, Creativity and many more. At present, webpage for Research is almost developed so we are ready to guide research scholars for their research. Of course, in future we will definitely guide for Innovation, Development, Creativity and many more.

Don’t Worry. This is not a fake website. On another project, we are providing internships in different fields including Website development, Android App development, Graphic Designing, Animation and many more. So, this registration page is also designed and developed by our interns. They are still designing and developing this website and other websites too. Because they are interns; they first learn new things and then they implement upon assigned websites. So, you can trust upon website.

Dr. Kapil Govil has 20+ years teaching experience for BCA, MCA and B. Tech. (CSE) students. He received his M. Tech. (CSE) from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India and Ph. D. (Mathematical Sciences and Computer Applications) from Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India. He wrote five books for Graduate and Post graduate students. His more than 65 research papers have been published. He had attended 36+ International/National Conferences and workshops. He is member of various International/National Academic bodies. A good educator always focuses upon genuine work, content’s originality and various other factors. Research will always be reviewed by peer reviewers and every research work always has sufficient scope of improvements. So, Dr. Kapil Govil cannot take guarantee for acceptance / publication of work.

If any research work gets rejected / not accepted, then it does not mean that researcher cannot work upon it further. Research is actually ‘Re – Search’. So, researcher has to (of course Dr. Kapil Govil will guide) find out the gap(s) and has to revise research work.

Being a researcher and educator, Dr. Kapil Govil always wish that his students should learn things by doing. Keeping this in mind, Dr. Kapil Govil will guide only. So, candidate will do the work under the guidance of Dr. Kapil Govil. If you are thinking that Dr. Kapil Govil / DrKLabs will work on behalf of you, then this is not the right place for you and please do not register here.

Interested candidates have to fill registration form and pay fees accordingly. Monthly payment date will be counted from the first payment date. Fees should be paid in advance for the next month. There is no provision of instalments.

If you continue the course, the guidance fee will not change until the course is over, but if for any reason you do not pay the next month's monthly fee on time (within three days), your registration will be considered cancelled. In such a situation, re-registration on the old fees will not be possible and an additional monthly fee of Rs 500 for Ph.D., Rs 300 for Postgraduate course and Rs 100 for Graduate course will be payable on the last deposited monthly fee.

Fees paid will not be refunded back in any circumstances. Fees paid will not be adjusted for any other assignment / project / research, etc in any case. Fees paid will not be transferable to anybody else.

Procedure is very simple; candidate has to just fill the registration form and to pay fees accordingly. After receiving registration and fees, Dr. Kapil Govil will contact candidate usually within 1 – 2 days. Incomplete forms and / or unpaid registrations will not be entertained.
